Account data (email address, password credentials, display name): to create and secure your account, authenticate you, and provide the service. Legal basis: performance of our contract with you.

Product data (the prompts you write, generated drafts, cover designs, and finished products): to generate and store the digital products you create. Legal basis: performance of our contract with you.

Membership data (plan type, subscription status, renewal dates, purchase records): to give you access to paid features and manage renewals. Legal basis: performance of our contract and our legal obligations.

Support messages: to answer your questions. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in supporting customers.

Technical and usage data (IP address, device and browser information, log and error data, feature usage): to keep the service secure, prevent fraud and abuse, diagnose faults, and improve the product. Legal basis: our legitimate interests in security and service improvement.

Marketing communications are only sent where you have opted in, and you can withdraw consent at any time.

We do not collect or store your card details. Payments are processed by Paddle.com, which acts as Merchant of Record for all orders and handles billing, tax, invoicing, and refunds. Paddle processes your payment and billing information under its own privacy policy at https://www.paddle.com/legal/privacy.

Service providers and subprocessors that host and operate the platform, including our cloud hosting and database provider, our AI model providers (used to process the prompts you submit and produce output), and our error monitoring and support tooling.

Paddle.com, as Merchant of Record, for the sale of our products, subscription management, payments, tax compliance, and invoicing.

Professional advisers such as legal and accounting providers, where necessary.

Authorities or other third parties where we are legally required to disclose information, or to protect our rights, users, or the security of the service.

We do not sell your personal data.

We keep account and product data for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, we delete or anonymise your personal data within a reasonable period, except where we must retain records (for example transaction records for tax and accounting purposes) for longer under applicable law.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, receive a copy in a portable format, and withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

To exercise any of these rights, email support@kyrodigital.com. We aim to respond within one month. If you are in the UK or EEA, you also have the right to complain to your local supervisory authority.

Our providers may process data in the United States and other countries. Where personal data is transferred out of the UK or EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or an applicable adequacy decision.

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including encryption in transit, access controls on our database, and authenticated access to accounts. No online service can be completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
