Kyro Digital, operated by EI8GHTFIGCO LLC, offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

This applies to both the monthly membership and the one-time lifetime purchase.

Monthly memberships start with a 3-day free trial. You are not charged during the trial, and you can cancel at any point before it ends to avoid being billed.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and handles refunds and billing support.

To request a refund, visit paddle.net and use the order details from your receipt email, or email us at support@kyrodigital.com and we will help you raise the request.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Timing depends on your bank or card issuer, and is typically a few business days.

You can cancel your monthly membership at any time. Cancelling stops future renewals; your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.
