Kyro Digital is operated by EI8GHTFIGCO LLC (“Kyro Digital”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account, subscribing, or otherwise using the service, you are entering into an agreement with EI8GHTFIGCO LLC.

You confirm that you are at least 18 years old and, if you are using Kyro Digital on behalf of a company, that you have authority to bind that company to these terms.

By continuing to access or use Kyro Digital you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the service.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.

Kyro Digital is a software platform that helps you turn a written idea into a digital product: it analyses your prompt, generates cover designs, drafts written content, and exports a finished PDF and supporting marketing material.

Access is provided on a subscription or one-time licence basis, as selected at checkout. We do not guarantee any particular sales result, income, or commercial outcome from products you create.

You must provide accurate information when signing up and keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that happens under your account.

Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

You must not use Kyro Digital for anything unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive. This includes, without limitation: spam, fraud, harassment, infringing someone else's intellectual property, uploading malware, probing or interfering with our security, scraping the service, or circumventing technical or plan limits.

You must not use Kyro Digital to generate content that is illegal, defamatory, hateful, sexually exploitative, or that impersonates a real person without their consent.

You are responsible for the prompts you submit, for confirming you hold the rights to any material you upload, and for reviewing and verifying any generated output before you publish or sell it.

Kyro Digital uses automated models to produce text and design output. Output may contain inaccuracies and is not financial, legal, tax, medical, or other professional advice. You are responsible for checking accuracy and suitability before use.

Subject to your compliance with these terms and payment of applicable fees, you may use the digital products you generate commercially. We may remove, restrict, or refuse output and may suspend accounts where content breaches these terms. If you believe generated content infringes your rights, contact us and we will review and, where appropriate, remove it; repeat infringement leads to account termination.

EI8GHTFIGCO LLC retains all rights in the Kyro Digital platform itself, including its software, templates, design system, documentation, and branding. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service under your selected plan.

You must not reverse engineer, resell, redistribute, or sublicense the platform, or use it to build a competing service.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Payment, billing frequency, renewal, currency, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by the Paddle Checkout Buyer Terms at https://www.paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms, together with our Refund Policy.

Monthly memberships begin with a 3-day free trial and then bill automatically on the same date each month until cancelled. One-time lifetime purchases are billed once and do not renew.

We work to keep Kyro Digital available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. Features may change, and maintenance or third-party outages may cause downtime.

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, suspected fraud or security risk, or repeated or serious policy violations.

You may cancel at any time. When access ends, you may lose the ability to open or re-download products stored in your account, so export anything you want to keep before cancelling.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages, including lost profits, lost data, or lost goodwill. Our total aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid to us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where that exclusion is not permitted by law.

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your unlawful use of the service, or your breach of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, and the courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, unless mandatory local law says otherwise.
